Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of collection.
• Email us your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns for Other Reasons

• Due to the nature of books, we cannot accept returns for items that have been read, used, or opened.
• If you wish to return an unopened book, please contact us within 7 days of collection. Return courier costs are for your account.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
