Delivery Partner

We make use of PAXI.co.za, a reliable delivery service that allows you to collect your order at a convenient
PAXI Point (Pep, Ackermans, Shoe City, Tekkie Town, Dunns, and other participating stores) near you.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 7–9 working days
• You will receive an SMS notification once your parcel has arrived at your chosen PAXI collection point.

How It Works

1. At checkout, provide the details of the nearest participating PAXI store where you would like your order delivered.
2. Once your book has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
3. When your parcel arrives at the store, you’ll receive an SMS to let you know it’s ready for collection.
4. Take your ID or SMS reference number with you to collect your order.

Delivery Fee

A flat-rate PAXI delivery fee will be applied at checkout, ensuring safe and affordable delivery anywhere in South Africa.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and store operating hours.
• Please collect your parcel within 7 days of receiving the SMS notification.
• Uncollected parcels may be returned to us; re-delivery fees will apply.
